Omg! Over 300 dollars to post to me :-( so sad! So much for 30 dollars! Have you asked why the postage is so over the estimate? I mean $10/$20 over is understandable but $270 over !!! XD

I have contacted the seller - that works out at 191 uk pounds - there is no way I am paying that! I have asked the seller to re-calculate and look around using other services. Besides, sellers shouldn't be putting a p and p price on ebay then contacting you to ask for more money to pay for postage.

Doesn't look like I'm having this after all. The seller either sends to me for the current postage rate or I have a full refund. The seller has no rights asking me for additional money outside of ebay ... charity auction or no charity auction.
I refuse to pay almost two hundred pounds to have this shipped! I was crazy enough paying nearly one thousand, five hundred pounds for this!.

Have you complained to Ebay direct because if the Auction said $30 then that is what they should charge? isn't it? XD

Yeah. They can't do that. If it is not stated in the auction itself they can't ask for further money and will have to take it from the winnings.
Don't ask for a refund yet. They are in the wrong and you should definitely inform them that it stated only a certain shipping price. Contact eBay if you want to as well to get their opinion on the matter. Because really, That's all you have to pay. It's their fault for not saying to contact first before bidding for shipping rates.

Seller can now send for 90 dollars, and they will pay the sixty dollar difference. I contacted ebay and was informed the seller was in the wrong and that I do not have to pay anything else. Waiting to hear back from the sender now.

Thank-you. Don't know how some people even have the cheek to ask for more money after the auction has ended. So glad I didn't just give in and pay the additional money.
